What is Dealtors?

We are a platform that connects licensed Real Estate Agents with individuals looking to Buy/Sell or Rent properties. Individuals can post their requirements and Dealtors algorithmic process will notify the most appropriate Real Estate Agents to connect with them in minutes! Also, with the introduction of our "Referrals" features we provide individuals an opportunity to earn money in the form of "Finder's Fees" by connecting buyers and sellers with leading agents.

How can I make money with Dealtors?

You can add referrals of friends/ family etc. looking to buy/ rent/ sell property - in exchange of a finder’s fee. Interested Brokers will send you an offer to work with you and agree on the finder’s fee. On deal closure you will be notified by the agent about the deal closure and get the agreed finder’s fee.

How can I join Dealtors as a “Broker”?

I am a Real Estate broker, can I create referrals on dealtors?

Yes, you can create a Lead by using the "Broker to Broker Leads" function

How do you ensure that I will receive my Finder’s fees?

Don’t worry! On referral acceptance there will be an electronic referral sharing agreement created to safeguard both the parties.Once the deal is closed you will be notified by the agent about the deal closure and get the agreed finder’s fee.

Does Dealtors cost anything for a “Referrer” or "End User/ Owner"?

Nope, Dealtors is a totally free service for Referrers and End User/ Owner. While a referrer can create a referral, end users/ owners can post their requirements on Dealtors and get connected with leading agents in minutes.

Can I choose which broker in Dealtors I would like to work with?

100%, Yes! Once you create a referral you will receive offers from brokers who you would like to work with. You have the option to accept/ reject the offer and get in the referral sharing contract/ agreement with your preferred broker.

Can I work with a broker who is not part of Dealtors?

Sure! Once a referral is created, you can share that referral link with the broker of your choice. The referral can register with us and work with you.

What if I am not satisfied with the broker I am working with?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the broker you selected, you can use the “Report” link for the respective referral, select the reason and submit. Dealtors will work with the broker to find a solution. If needed, Dealtors will terminate the referral sharing agreement so you can select another broker.

How many referrals can I create?

There is no limit! However, to avoid duplication we recommend creating one referral per property.

What are the types of referrals that I can submit?

You can submit referrals to buy, sell, take on rent and give on rent for any real estate requirement.

How many "End User/ Owner" listings can I create?

There is no limit! However, to avoid duplication we recommend creating one End User/ Owner per property.

You can submit End user/ Owner listings to buy, sell, take on rent and give on rent for any real estate requirement.

Is there a way to track and manage my referrals?

Yes! Once you log in you will be able to track your referrals ,be in touch with Brokers for ongoing deals and also accept/ reject offers for new referrals as and when created.

Who will pay me once the deal is closed?

Dealtors is a platform to help you connect with the right brokers. Your finder’s fees will be paid directly by the selected real estate broker on deal closure as per the referral sharing contract.

What if the broker refuses to pay the finder’s fees?

In the rare event where a deal is closed based on your referral and there exists a referral sharing contract/ agreement for the same, you can use the “Report” link for the respective referral, select the reason as “Finder’s fees not paid” and submit. Dealtors will get in touch with the broker to resolve the issue. If the broker does not follow the rules, their accounts will be terminated without any notifications.
